Since 1990 an additional 2.1 billion people worldwide gained access to improved sanitation and, 91% of the global population now use improved drinking water sources. However, those who have access to Water and Sanitation Services services often have to cope with poor service quality, including intermittent supplies.
The Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2017, a global event that provides a platform for national, regional an international cooperation on water. It bridges the gap between the science and practice of water management, connecting it with industry, financial institutions and policy makers, to deliver practical solutions that help achieve the globally agreed 2030 Sustainable Development Goal vision for water.
